At Wessex Fleet & Car Lease Special Offers we firmly believe in giving back to the community that has given us so much. Every year we support two charities by raising money, raising awareness and volunteering our time. We have ongoing support every year for our most local and life changing charity Stars Appeal, which is the Salisbury Hospital charity. We also support a second charity which changes annually, this year's charity is Julia's House, a Wiltshire and Dorset children's hospice.

As of 2018 we have a dedicated in house team that works directly with our chosen charities. Together they organise and manage the events we're taking part in to ensure we're supporting the charities to the best of our abilities.

Every year we take part in event's to raise money for Salisbury Hospital's charity Stars Appeal as they strive to keep the hospital as up to date and well equipped as possible. This year you'll be able to find us at more of their events than ever before as they raise funds for their MRI Scanner campaign.

In the past two years we have raised over £5,000 for the charity by taking part in events like Walk for Wards and Bring A Pound To Work Day. This year not only will we be taking part in these events and many more, we will be volunteering our time to help at coin collections, festivals, fayres and marathons.

Please show your support to this amazing charity by cheering us along and donating any time and money you can! You can find out more about the charity, the events and what your support means to the people that need it most by clicking HERE.

The second charity we're supporting this year is Julia's House, a children's hospice based in Wiltshire and Dorset. The charity works with children who have been diagnosed with life threatening and life limiting medical conditions alongside their families. They provide tailored physical and emotional support for all those effected including care within the hospice and within the homes of the children, and someone to talk to for the parents to keep them going.

Throughout the year we will be helping in small ways to eventually reach a larger goal. As part of the £50 challenge, where Julia's House give us £50 and we make that grow into a larger donation, we will be holding internal events keep a flow of money building up every month, for example Dress Down Fridays once a month where everyone donates £1. We will be taking part in Children Hospice Week by holding a Julia's House Pyjama Day with staff donations. We will also be giving our time to volunteer within the hospice, at events and wherever else we can.
